Cathy Sisneros Chung

Cathy has a bachelors degree from Colorado College with a major in Sociology. Her past experience include: Consulting; fundraising and board developmentYoung Life, Director of Grants and Foundation Relations Colorado State University Cooperative Extension, State Diversity Leader.
Cathy has been involved with number community groups, organizations, and boards most recently serving on the Board of Directors for Sense of Security, Denver, CO.
Bruce is a seasoned entrepreneur with over twenty five years of successful business experience founding, growing and managing companies. He has raised over $50 million in seed, growth and strategic investment with successful exits for companies in the Internet and Software Services, Networking and Charitable markets. Bruce is currently President of Cohesive Ventures which focuses on combining technologies with innovative growth strategies, teams and financial resources in the Social Commerce, Cleantech Software and Mobile Application
Since 2004 Bruce has served as the Silicon Valley based executive for a number of Video on Demand and Network technology companies on behalf of NewWorld TMT, the telecom, media and technology business management arm of the New World Development, one of Hong Kong’s largest conglomerates. Bruce also serves as a Director of Trusted Health Plan, a Washington D.C. managed care organization.
Previously, Bruce was the co-founder and CEO of Namezero, Inc., a leading domain name services company. Prior to Namezero, Bruce led American Digital Network’s (ADN) corporate strategy and business development efforts. Prior to ADN, Bruce advised early stage companies in their organization, strategy, fundraising, marketing and business development efforts including ARTISTdirect. Bruce started his career as a serial entrepreneur by founding ImmunoCorp, an immunological diagnostics company. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Santa Clara University with an emphasis in Communications and Analysis.
Lee Barona Hughes
Lee Barona joins the board with almost 15 years of non-profit experience. Before moving West, she worked in Alexandria, VA where she was a Managing Director for the American Diabetes Association. There she managed a large team focused on delivering diabetes information and connecting the community to important resources.
She currently balances consulting work in Consumer Engagement and is the event director for the Women's Series Tour de Cure.
She holds a BS and Masters in Health Policy and Administration.
